Some updates to our calendar that you may wish to note:
April 24 – Lutheran Social Services Sunday. There will be an adult education session after worship.
May 1 – Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services Sunday. George Carlson will preach and lead an adult education session after worship. (Pastor Sue will be at Synod Assembly that weekend.)
May 15 – Pentecost Sunday/Farewell to Joe. This will be our seminarian volunteer Joe Wilkinson’s last day with us. We will have a potluck lunch after worship. Come say goodbye to Joe and thank him for his service to our congregation.
May 22 – New Members Welcome. We will be receiving new members on Trinity Sunday. Anyone interested in joining our church should talk to Pastor Sue as soon as possible.
May 29 – Fifth Sunday/Healing Service. Our worship service this week will include healing prayers and laying on of hands.
