Andy Twiton
The Rev. Andrew Twiton came to Trinity Lutheran Church in March of 2019. Before that he served Orfordville Lutheran Church.
Pastor Andy is the son and grandson of Lutheran pastors, and grew up in small towns in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn. and worked at Sugar Creek Bible Camp for four summers. After college, he spent two years in the Lutheran Volunteer Corps in Berkeley, Calif. and Minneapolis, Minn. He attended seminary at Luther Seminary in St. Paul.
Andy is also a writer and a musician. Some of his writing heroes include Montaigne, Wislawa Szymborska, and Nick Hornby. He is married to Kristin Swedlund, a nonprofit fundraising professional based in Madison. In his spare time he enjoys camping, and playing music with Kristin.
