Got any extra frankincense or myrrh hanging around? How about other sweet-smelling things like soap and shampoo?
Each year, to commemorate the gifts brought by the magi to the infant Jesus, the people of Trinity gather a special Epiphany offering for the personal essentials pantry housed by our neighbors at Zion Lutheran Church. The pantry offers to individuals and families in need personal and household hygiene essentials such as:
- toilet paper and facial tissue
- laundry detergent
- dishwashing detergent
- all-purpose cleaner
- combs, hairpicks, brushes
- dental floss
- lip balm
- deodorant
- razors and shaving cream
- toothbrushes
- toothpaste
- bandages
- garbage bags
- sanitary napkins
- shampoo
- baby shampoo
- soap
- diapers / pull-ups
If you bring your donations to Trinity by Sunday, January 13, volunteers will transport them to the Personal Essentials Pantry at Zion.
