An ongoing ministry that continues to need your help in a variety of ways
1. Assistance to pick-up donations and delivery of those to a designated apartment (if known) and/or to the storage place at Trinity.
2. Delivery of furniture to the apartment before refugees arrive.
3. Creation and delivery of WELCOME BOXES when the Synod Refugee Task Force is notified that the apartment is ready and the refugee arrival date is certain.
4. Become a WELCOME TEAM. Your congregation or a partnership of paired or multiple congregations would collect all supplies for 7 WELCOME BOXES and the basic furniture for an apartment to be ready for “dispatch” when LSS notifies the Refugee Task Force of a pending arrival.
