Art and Faith: An Evening with Paul Oman

As part of the lead-up to Pastor Sue’s sabbatical, we will embark on our “Journey toward a New Beginning” at this workshop led by Paul Oman, pastor and professional artist. All Trinity members are encouraged to attend.

Paul will help us with the following:

• Understanding the spiritual connection between art, faith, church and culture
• Engaging participants in the creative process; sharing the process of moving from Bible text to sketch to image
• Defining our mission and purpose for and through this project, and the direction we will go to carry it out
• Brainstorming ideas for the outside wall mural(s) based on Trinity’s history, present, and imagined future in our context
• Considering how to involve others (members, visitors, community) in the project
