Exploring practical ways people of faith are engaging in mission and justice for the good of the earth

This one-day workshop, led by Rev. Dr. Timothy Eberhart, assistant professor of theology and ecology at Garrett-Evangelical, will attend to the realities of humanity’s destructive impact on the environment, examine the relevance of Christian beliefs to an ecological worldview, and explore practical ways people of faith are engaging in mission and justice for the good of the earth.

When: Saturday, March 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: First United Methodist Church, 203 Wisconsin Ave. in Madison

Registration: $15 (includes lunch). Register online by March 14.
