You can help the ELCA Youth Gathering by donating books! As part of the Gathering’s service learning experience, our church youth will distribute donations at community book fairs, camps and other events around Houston.
The Houston schools have provided a specific list of books for Gathering participants to bring. The synod will collect books at Bethel Lutheran on June 23 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to be loaded into vans headed to Houston. A book list and collection box are in the narthex. Please donate only books from the list.
